Privacy Policy — Soccer Penalty Kicks

Frozen Logic Studios · Last updated: July 2, 2026

This policy explains what data Soccer Penalty Kicks (the "game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We build games we'd be comfortable playing ourselves: the game collects as little as possible, asks before sharing anything publicly, and works fine if you say no.

Data you give us

Nickname and country. If you agree to join the online leaderboards, you can enter a nickname and pick a country flag. These are uploaded to our online service and shown publicly on the global leaderboards next to your scores.

You are asked for this consent in-game before anything is uploaded. If you decline, your nickname and progress stay on your device only, and nothing you do in the game is published. You can still view the leaderboards and play every game mode.

Data collected automatically

Anonymous player account. The game creates an anonymous account (a random player ID) using Unity Authentication so your leaderboard entry can be tied to your device. This account contains no email address, no password, and no real-world identity.

Scores. If you consented to the leaderboards, your ranked points and cup medals are uploaded to Unity Leaderboards after matches and displayed publicly with your nickname and country.

Gameplay analytics. The game uses Unity Analytics to collect aggregated gameplay events (for example, which screens are opened and how sessions go) along with basic device information. We use this only to understand how the game is played and to improve it.

Advertising. The game shows ads through Unity Ads. Unity Ads may process device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier, subject to your device's privacy settings), IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. On iOS, the advertising identifier is only available if you allow tracking in the system prompt or settings.

Purchases

In-app purchases (such as removing ads) are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Your purchase state is stored on your device.

Data stored only on your device

Game progress, energy, settings, and your local profile are stored on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Third parties

The services above are operated by Unity Technologies. Unity's handling of player data is described in the Unity Player Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed here.

Your choices and rights

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The only personal data in the game is the nickname you choose to enter; if you believe a child has published a nickname on our leaderboards, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes to what is collected will be re-asked in-game.
