Privacy Policy — Soccer Free Kicks 2
This Privacy Policy explains what information Soccer Free Kicks 2 (the "Game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the Game to collect as little personal information as possible: there is no account registration, and we never ask for your email address, real name, phone number, or location.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Nickname — a display name you choose when you first open the Game. It is shown to other players on the public leaderboards, so please don't use your real name or other personal information as your nickname.
- Country flag — a flag you pick for your profile. It is cosmetic and shown alongside your nickname.
Information collected automatically
When you play, the following is collected through Unity Gaming Services (operated by Unity Technologies), which powers the Game's online features:
- Anonymous player ID — a random identifier created on your device the first time you play. It is not linked to your identity and lets your scores appear on leaderboards without an account.
- Gameplay events — such as matches started and completed, goals scored, tournament results, menus visited, and rewarded videos watched. We use these to understand how the Game is played and to improve it.
- Device and session information — device model, operating system version, language, country (derived from IP address), and session length. This is standard analytics information used in aggregate.
- Scores — your Cup, Ranked, and Skilled results are stored with your nickname and shown on public leaderboards inside the Game.
Advertising
The Game shows ads (banner and optional rewarded videos) served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). To serve and measure ads, Unity Ads may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data. Depending on your region and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
For details on how Unity Technologies processes data, see the Unity Privacy Policy and the Unity Player Privacy Policy.
Information stored only on your device
Your game progress — profile, tickets, medals, statistics, settings, and recorded gameplay — is saved locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Deleting the Game deletes this data.
What We Do NOT Collect
- No real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact lists
- No precise location
- No photos, camera, or microphone access
- No login credentials — there are no accounts or passwords
- We do not sell your data to anyone
How We Use Information
- Operate online features: leaderboards and opponent names
- Understand how players progress through the Game and improve it
- Show ads, which keep the Game free
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems
We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers named above (Unity Technologies), and only as needed to run the Game's online features and ads. Your nickname, country flag, and scores are visible to other players on the in-game leaderboards. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention and Deletion
Leaderboard entries and analytics data are retained by Unity Gaming Services under Unity's retention policies. Because play is anonymous, we cannot identify which data belongs to you from your name alone — but if you contact us with a request that includes your in-game nickname, we will delete your leaderboard entries and associated anonymous player data. Local game data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the Game.
To request deletion, contact us at: contact@frozenlogicstudios.com.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Play is anonymous and no personal details are requested. If you believe a child has provided personal information (for example, in a nickname), contact us and we will remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR, Brazil under LGPD, and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Because the Game holds no directly identifying information about you, most of these rights apply to the anonymous identifiers described above. Contact us and we will help, including coordinating with Unity Technologies where they hold the data.
Security
Online data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored by Unity Gaming Services. No system is perfectly secure, but the Game's design — no accounts, no personal details — keeps the risk to your privacy low.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, note it in the Game's update notes. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
